Summary: AU, Severitus Challenge response – When visions from the past come true, the time for truths has come, as well as the time for hope and life. But will the ones in the middle of this be able to find that hope, and want to live?

Author Notes: This is based on the challenge by Severitus, but is does not comply completely. The Challenge is: Snape is Harry’s father. I tried to give it a slight twist, but if by any means it looks similar to other stories it is not intentional. There are far too many going around, not only in, but other places as well to be completely original anymore; though the challenge to do that is there.

I have already typed around 55 letter sized pages for this story, which are around four chapters, perhaps a bit more. I’ll try to update weekly since this story has been bugging my writing time wanting to be ‘born’.

I am, as those who have been following my other stories probably noticed, a slow writer, and used to be even slower when I had to handwrite my ideas and then type them (can’t carry the desktop computer everywhere with me). I can only say that the invention of the tablet PC might make me write faster (I positively adore the thing, this whole story was written by hand on a tablet PC which converted my handwriting to a word document. NO MORE TYPING!:) ).

About my other stories, Unexpected Child is giving me one MAYOR migraine (past headache now) even though I have drafted a lot of the story I just can’t seem to get it to flow nicely, yet I’m still working on it. Apprentice‘s next chapter should be out really soon, just giving it the final touches before I send it to be betaed. The same happens to Second Chance (I had to do some corrections with the timeline). For those who have read my Inuyasha story Present Time, I’m still not giving up on finishing it one day, but I’ve been having one hell of a time to get the muse to go back to it.

Also on an OT note, I am looking for writers that want their stories (from all fandoms not just HP) posted in my website fanfic-zone, if you’re interested e-mail me. I accept all ratings and types. I have some of my favourites already posted there, but I still have to receive an answer to my request for permission. Pairing: None yet, but might… just might end having a tiny bit of Harry/Hermione. You’ll never see Harry/Ginny with me even if the almighty Lady of the Potterfandom (J.K. Rowling) wrote it in book six (shudders, that was even more hellish than reading what my adored Sev had to do).

Warnings: Completely AU, Post Order of the Phoenix, No HBP (although there will be mentions of tidbits from the book), child abuse, violence, probably superpower Harry and Snape, independent Harry. OOC Harry and Snape, I don’t think I can get them IC.

Summary: Response to the Potions and Fic Fest Challenge # 5 by Bil. Although I’m not sure it is completely compliant. I tried though.

Harry gets up one morning and begins to make breakfast (for the Dursleys, if that’s where he is). Hearing a noise at the door he cautiously goes to investigate – to find a battered Snape collapsed on the front doorstep. What happened to Snape, why is he in Harry’s neighborhood and what in Merlin’s name is Harry going to do with him?

Notes: This one is the longest chapter yet; hope you enjoy it, as there is a lot of dialog in this one. Be warned they are EXTREMELY OOC.

Summary: There was a reason why the ‘Sorting Hat’ wanted Harry Potter in Slytherin. Now after the death of his Godfather and being pushed to the limit by Dumbledore, he is about to show the manipulative Headmaster who he truly is. Forcing Harry into a marriage contract and bond with Snape, in hopes of controlling both, has left the young wizard with nothing to loose. Dumbledore is not going to like the surprises Harry has in store for him.

I just made some changes today to the story, nothing mayor, but it might need re-reading this chapter before I post the next which should be ready by tomorrow. It is mostly finished, but I’m not completely happy with it.

Summary: This is something I had written almost a year and a half ago, and that I really wanted to turn into a story, but because of what happened in Great Britain with the terrorist attack in the underground train’s stations I don’t think I should keep writing. In my story the attacks were indeed caused by terrorists and not the Death Eaters, so I guess that makes things even worse. Still here it is the start of it for a few to read.

I had started this one as a Severitus, but I’m thinking of just making it a Severus adopts Harry thing… not sure yet it will depend on where the story takes me.
